The Ask:

A large retailer wanted to explore the effectiveness of in-store experiences and display collateral of specific departments from customers shopping in real-time for an entire month.

Our Approach:

Aris utilized its hypertargeting features to reach the right users, in the right place, at the right times. Using our proprietary mobile app, the shoppers recorded their shopping experience at specific retail stores and we compared results to a control group.

Targeting: Back-to-College Shoppers (Students and Parents) at 79 Geofenced Retail Locations

Modality: Aris Mobile App For Survey Collection, Photo and Video Collection

Output: 5,738 Responses (Mixed Modality)

Timing: 30 Days Ongoing Collection (“Always On”)

Impact:

This data enabled a large Fortune 100 retailer to evaluate marketing material and shopper behavior in real-time, while shoppers were still in store. This helped them evaluate marketing ROI.
